@krystaldenfip they aren’t snug actually the front flap is like bendable? You can fold the flap down or wear it up. It’s hard to explain. I would suggest going to a store that has them to see what I’m taking about. It’s not a floppy bendable it’s sturdy but you can wear the boots 2 different ways
