beautiful Skirt with Lot of Strip Layers sort of like a hulla skirt where it has layers of thick strands of fabric. if its a very wendy day you might want to wear another skirt or slip under it, but on a nice light breezy day it might reveal a leg or quick peek of the thigh. this does not have a elastic waist band. its a pull over style skirt, I wish it had a zipper it would make putting it on easier. the size tag is missing so please see measurements provided. in good condition. might fit a 3x or possibly a 4x. Measurements taken lying flat and are Approximate Waist 22.5" Length 37"
