What does that mean both 100% polyester combo 100% silk... Is it silk or polyester...Big difference. What is the 100% silk part and the other 100% polyester?

armpit 19" , shoulder 15" ,shoulder to wrist 25", armpit to wrist 19". hope it helps.
the sleeves are a bit loose fitting, but tapperd fitted in the middle area.
