Elegant blue dress with a chic design. Ideal for versatile styling. Loose top with more fitted skirt. This is best for someone on the shorter side. Under 5’4”. There is a small stain by the arm. I have not tried to dry clean so it will likely come out… This is truly a special dress. It’s just doesn’t fit me anymore
