What is the bust and waist measurement and does it have stretch?

@kmgmri hi, the waist is 11.5” across and the bust is 14” across. Yes it is knit with stretch which is why these measurements don’t represent the full bust and waist once on the body. The knit fabric is heavy and will be fitted up top through waist and then it flares. I would say this is true to size. It’s a really awesome piece!
