It is a silk blend fabric, and it is fully lined. The bodice is a solid black wrap style with a V-neck. The skirt is black and cream with a geometric striped pattern and draped look. The authentication tag is intact. NOTE: The dress is new but with several issues. There are several small pulls on the silk skirt. There may be others, but the 5th and 6th photos show what I mean. I don't think these would be noticeable when wearing the dress. Also, the hem of the dress was let out. You could rehem but if you wanted to leave it, you would have to finish it somehow. Otherwise, it will unravel, and you will have hanging threads - see 7th and 8th photos. This dress retails for $428. The price listed reflects the issues with the dress.
