Diane Von Furstenberg Frilly Silk Ruched Blouse.  Size tag says this is a large but it runs very small - please see measurements in the photos. Was measured on a size 6 mannequin. Asymmetric sleeves.  One frilly sleeve has a bow that ties on top.  Ruching up the sides.  Pre-owned.  No holes, stains, tears or pilling.
