80's 90's style Diane Freis blouse with ruby necklace and pearly necklace motif and side bow tie and tassels on v-neckline and 3/4 length sleeves. Has pleated white fabric in the shoulders to make them slightly puffy. Classic 80's style! Polyester georgette fabric. See picture of tag for care instructions. Good used condition, a few loose strings on tie at waist and on one tassel, as pictured.
