Diane Freis Georgette Vintage Summer Dress 60s Sailor Collar Ruffles Floral VTG

Original 60s Diane Freis Georgette 3/4 sleeve. Floral and polkadot dress. Beautiful colors ranging from periwinkle blue, goldenrod, deep red and dark purple accents of black, perfect for spring and summer. This dress is in very good condition but please note that the elastic at the waist has dried out and does not snap back as it should. Triple ruffles at the hemline, the elastic in the sleeves at the cuff is still perfectly functional. The shoulder pads are a thin to mid thickness and fully sewn in. The sailor collar that is on both the front and the back of this dress are only sewn at the neckline so there is of movement and the ability to put necklaces under these ruffles to hang low. The tassels on the ties are in very good condition. Measurements: Shoulder to shoulder seam 16” Sleeve length top of shoulder seam to arm opening 19” Length from shoulder to waist approximately 19”, full length from shoulder to final hem 56” Waist with the elastic fully pulled is 18”.
