Vintage Ruby and Diamond Necklace Pendant Solid Real 10K gold Yellow Gold Upon taking photos for the listing I noticed that a Ruby had fallen out. Easily replaced by your local jeweler. I know my Mom had it done for an older piece of her jewelry and it was pretty cheap. Doesn’t affect wear and I honestly didn’t notice until I was zooming in on pics.
