Diamond and Sterling Silver Snowflake Necklace

Beautiful real diamond necklace, I’m pretty positive I received it as a gift from Kay’s originally. Sterling sliver necklace and chain, chain is in good condition with very minor kink (not noticeable when wearing, hard to show in picture). Let me know if you have and questions. Offers welcome:)
