Dezigns by Kamohoalii Women’s scrunch dress

I’ve used this dress as a blouse by pulling up the “scrunch” over my thighs and wearing leggings. There is a small but unnoticeable snag on the back left as shown in photo. Dress has a tie in the back. 100% rayon with an elastic bottom, so you must air dry to prevent shrinkage. I usually wear XL/2XL but this is cute as a flowy top if you choose to wear it as I have.
