Devon Air Riding Attire Shirt

so I'm pretty sure this is a kids size or an xs in woman's I usually wear a small for a tighter fit or medium this fit me but the sleeves were a bit short and it was tighter then I'd like a button down blouse to be. I'm 135, 5'4", 32 B so hope that helps with size guide as I didn't see a size on the tags maybe im missing something. I'm also pretty sure we didnt use this if we did it is still in like new condition in my opinion
