Deux lux eye clutch nwot

Hi This is a nwot Deux Lux eye clutch. It’s large and black with eyes at the quilt points. It feels great in the hands. It doesn’t say anywhere that I’ve looked but I don’t think it’s leather, but it’s super soft like leather. Details are in the pics, but questions are welcomed.
