Designers Originals White Ruffle V-Neck Top PS

Designers Originals white 3/4 long sleeves Top is size petite small. Top has a v-neck with cut pieces of raw materials (no hem) giving the v-neck a ruffled look. Due to overcast the day I took the pics the top has s bluish look but it is white and bought at a 2Nd hand store. There are no stains or tears. Made in China of 60% cotton 40% polyester. Armpit to armpit is 16” across front. Shoulder to hem is about 21.5” long.
