@jnsequois Yes, the belt is the leather and the trim around the ruffles is the zipper-its part of the zipper, but only half of it just as a decoration, it doesn't actually zip anywhere ( it was a big trend when i bought it to have zipper trim and ruffles ) If you look closer- you can see that it has also a flower with the zipper trim right underneath the collar- i will upload better pic. of that soon

@dixiedexter yes, it is size medium ... If you are size 2-4 it might be loose on you, also depends on the height. I’m 5’7” and I can pull it off, but it’s a little stretch for me... unless I wear it with a thick sweater , I’m also size 4 , it’s a little big for me
