Designer Tibi New York Vintage Elegance Silk Summer Gown

A gorgeous long silk flowing watercolor silk sheer evening gown by Tibi New York …. just so summer. It is lined and has a mini corset to keep everything in place up top. It is made well with a lining. The slight gathering little hand stitched folds, I just love it. I find these poolside/summer night gowns very fun to wear. You feel gorgeous and feminine. I love the waving in the breeze vibe so elegant. measurements all are flat one side.. labeled USA size 12 🔴 Shoulders Not really applicable with this gown. I consider this gown open exposing the shoulder areas. 🔴 Bust 17” I do my best to make it flat but this one has other ideas.. 🔴 Waist is 17” with little to no stretch. I would say conservative I cannot measure exactly due to extra fabric. 🔴 Sleeveless 🔴 Hip 21” approximately again it’s pretty loose in this area 🔴 Length 50” from front and is approximate depends upon breast size and any lift.
