Designer Super Colorful African-Vibe Print Silk Tank with Spagetti Strap

Purchased from the Las Vegas Neiman Marcus in 2010. I know it is a famous designer, but I sadly cut off the label because it was super itchy/scratchy. I have tried to locate something close to this to figure out the name of the designer, but I have failed. Besides the tag missing, it is in super fabulous condition. I wore only a handful of times. No stains or rips. I just love the print and coloring of the tank. I would wear under a suit jacket and then take off jacket for after work cocktail events. I always got compliments on the blouse. Dry clean only...apparently no instructions tags left on either.
