nyc_trends @wifey14371 absolutely it can but that's if they remove it professionally which costs, if you remove your self you can damage the cloth depending on how you are trying to remove it, it might leave a worse stain or unremovable mark

nyc_trends @wifey14371 I bought a hat once and it had a lighter make up stain than that and even that wouldn't come off, the one you have looks even more than that like it's embedded in the cloth. anyway it's ok
