Designer EFFY 14K gold Snake ring with colorful gemstones size 8

Marked as pictured, 14K and EFFY on the other side. EFFY is very high end jewelry mark. Fantastic Snake shaped ring, encrusted with natural and lab gemstones, that test as Blue Topaz, Tanzanite, Amethysts and Tourmalines. All tested as gemstones on Pressidium, but I can't tell if all are natural. There is a pave set grouping of tiny diamonds on the forehead of the snake. Very small black gemstones as eyes, but are very small and I can't test them. Most stones measure between 1mm to 1.5 mm The ring is size 8, slightly over the mark. Measures about 1 1/4" wide and sits on 2 mm band. The snake is about 4 mm wide in the center, slightly bigger towards the head. Shows some very minor surface signs of wear, lightly cleaned and polished ( cleaned in Ultrasonic), but over all in great pre-owned condition. Total weight 4.52 gr total. Will be shipped in a box I got it, not an original EFFY box
