Design Today's black shimmery blazer - size large

Design Today's black shimmery women's blazer. Size and fabric tag have been ripped out, but my best guess is that it's a large. Please see measurements below. Fabric is some sort of synthetic... probably polyester or rayon. Sleeves have a ruffle halfway down. Full button up front. Shoulder pads. Unlined.
