Design History wine colored short sleeve sweater

This tunic style wine colored short sleeved cowl neck sweater is adorable. It is 19" across the bust and 28" long. It does have some pilling as seen in picture #3, which is reflected in the price. 💖 There is no size or care tag inside either, but i always buy L in sweaters and almost always machine wash.
