Blue and white stripe, partial button front, structured collar. 100% cotton based on similar listings. No stretch. Women’s size 2. Back has an elastic detail that can be cinched and tied. Measurements Pit to pit 18” Length down the side from armpit 16” Length down the other side from armpit 21.5” Fabric and care tag cut off, but I guess by feel that’s it’s 100% cotton, so I would wash in cold and line dry.
