Stylish green tan blue cotton dress by Derek Heart. Perfect for casual wear. This dress is made out of that wonderful breathable soft cotton. It’s lined with a beautiful brown cotton skirt. It’s very breathable and I’ve always loved wearing it. It went on a few vacations with me. Has a nice smock back for a more flexible fit through the bus line. Has a cute peplum hem. The spaghetti straps are adjustable like a bra. Approximately 27 inches long in the back from the top of the smocking. Pit to pet his approximately 17 to 18 inches. There is a lot of smocking in the front as well for some stretch.
