Department 56 storybook series Madeline light up house nine piece set with 8 figures. Included in box and storybook sign inbox rare! Retired These 2 items were a display models items only so actually new I purchased and stored! They were purchased in origional boxes pictured See all pictures for details these items are sold as is and all pictures list what is included in the listing. Note this auction is for both the house and the sign which is rare and hard to find. I am including both in this listing. Edges of box from storage shows a little bit of where look at pictures . This item was purchased as a store model only displayed briefly in a case and I don’t believe the figures were ever removed so I did not want to remove them from the original packing. See pictures! This was removed from the box to take pictures and check working condition of bulb! This item is an excellent new condition other than a few worn edges on box. The storybook sign is included with listing …The box shows a little aware from storage. I have collected multiple department 56 Christmas in Halloween villages and I am selling all . I sold a lot last year, but I will be relisting a lot more this year so keep me in your favorites . Most of my collection were purchased new and stored or were briefly displayed as a floor model in a glass displayed case briefly before selling. All are an excellent condition.
