Limited production 1986. Department 56 Snow House Series Waverly Place #5041-5 With Original Box & Introduced in December 1986- Retired in December 1986. One month of production. This piece is dated, of course 1986. This is one of the few models available from the Original Snow House Series; which is known now as Snow Village. Stunning Snow Village piece (Retired) is titled "Waverly Place" First introduced in 1986 Retired in 1986 Condition: Piece is used by one family 5 times. I checked the entire piece and there is no wear nor tear. Original box is included but may have writing, stickers, tape, or other damage. Approximate Size: Height: 8 1/2" Tall x 8" x 6" I have priced it lower than market value because it does not contain the lighting kit. Lighting kits are available at such stores as Michael's and even some hardware stores, so I have provided the concession so you can purchase it.
