Pre-owned but in very good condition. There are signs of wear on the exterior of the box, including one spot that has a tear (see photos; believed to be from previous storage), but no marks on the building figure itself. The building is still in the original interior packaging and in pristine condition. "Mediterranean Mortgage Co." AKA Sixty Mediterranean Ave. on the Monopoly board.
