Building size: 9 1/2" x 7" x 7" Note: This is for the building and light cord only, no box is included. Also This is the first release of this building as noted by the lack of the waterwheel which was added to the 1990s version of this building. This beautiful Christmas collectible makes a classy addition to any village collection. The Blythe Pond Mill House is in good condition for being over 35 years old and has beautiful artwork, color and design, each piece is properly marked on the bottom of the piece.
