Dept 56 A Christmas Story HAMMOND TOWN HALL LIGHT UP IN BOX Rare

The is a rare Department 56 Christmas village house from "A Christmas Story" collection, specifically the Hammond Town Hall. Manufactured in 1994, it is a hard to find building. The original box shows wear from use, some dents and scrapes, and small tear near the top flap. The box is wavy. The flap is bent on the corner. There is tape on the top of the box. Includes the original styrofoam to hold the building inside the box. A light is included, but no accessories are included even if pictured. This is a listing for the Hammond Town Hall, the original box, and a replacement light cord (not Department 56 brand) only.
