Depression Etched Glass with Silver Overlay

I believe this is a base for a cheese dome or a bowl as there is a lip on the center that is 4". It is still a beautiful piece. There are no chips or cracks, but a few surface scratches. The silver seems to be all intact. 9 1/2" wide Just over 1" tall
