Department 56 - Santa Comes To Town 2001 - The Original Snow Village # 56.55120

Adorable figure from Department 56 for their Original Snow Village. Depicts Santa and two children decorating a large evergreen tree with a string of colorful lights. Vibrant, shining colors painted on porcelain, with attached working string lights and light-up plastic star on top of the tree. Tested and works great! The battery compartment has clean contacts, but is missing the door. Some white electrical tape would work great to keep the batteries in place, if needed. The on/off switch works great, too. Takes 2 "C" batteries, which are not included. Item # 56.55120 Piece in excellent condition overall! Only that missing battery door. The lights look great! Box is in great condition for its age.
