These little houses and accessories are in great shape (I've noted any chips, scratches or breaks) —some might have a bit of dust, which I consider "vintage authenticity." When displayed, it was in a grandpa-crafted, enclosed wooden curio cabinet in an adult-only home (no sticky fingers, just obsessive organizing). Each piece comes with its original box (most boxes show signs of long-term attic negotiations), and everything you see in the photos is included. Many times I have multiple of the same item. Yes!
