Sold as is rare hard to find in brand new condition Note, I am taking the item out of the box to check the lights and inspect it. See all the pictures everything is in great working condition. Paperwork included see photos. Sold as is Note I am selling other pieces!!!! I have collected through the years multiple Christmas North Pole village Dept 56 pieces and stored. Some boxes have slight wear & were purchased this way. Some I purchased from the store display. So they were displayed briefly only and sold because it was their last piece. I have many never opened or set up brand new in box removed to take picture and check bulbs and animation. I have excellent feedback feel! I have sold many pieces already of my collection and all have been happy customers with positive feedback!
