Department 56 North Pole Grandma's Bakery North Pole Series NEW IN BOX Note, I am taking the item out of the box to check the lights and inspect it. See all the pictures everything is in great working condition. Sold as is I am also selling a Hershey’s house with M&M roads listed in other listings as well as Jennie’s Cookie treats house, and a gingerbread house I also have many other houses listed all are either new and like new condition in common, an original boxes and working condition This item was purchased as a brand new display model and briefly taken out of the box and displayed in a glass case. I then stored at home and collected many houses and never got to display them. I am selling multiple pieces. I am listing this is new because it was only briefly taken out of the box. There is a rip to the corner and edges slightly worn from storage. Note I am selling other pieces!!!! I have collected through the years multiple Christmas North Pole village Dept 56 pieces and stored. Some boxes have slight wear & were purchased this way. Some I purchased from the store display. So they were displayed briefly only and sold because it was their last piece. I have many never opened or set up brand new in box removed to take picture and check bulbs and animation.
