Sawyer Family Tree Farm is a New England Village lighted building by Department 56, limited to 2004 production. This holiday value set includes the lighted tree farm building, horse drawn sleigh with family, standing couple, two bottle brush trees, and an unopened pack of Fresh Fallen Snow, plus a small sealed bag of original accessory parts as shown. Porcelain house lights up as expected with included cord. No chips, cracks, or repairs seen, just light shelf and base wear from display. Box and styrofoam show storage wear. The building measures about 5 inches wide, 4 inches deep, and 6 inches tall; sleigh is about 7 inches long. A great centerpiece for a New England or Christmas tree farm village display.
