It would be a great addition to any Christmas village or a standalone piece! Kids and/or kids at heart would especially love it! Gumdrop tree is removable, and the gumdrops are bendable. While the box shows signs of its age and the cord is a little yellowed, the building is in excellent pre-owned condition. I inspected it and found no chips or cracks.
