The flag is supposed to come off, I don't think the fence is supposed to come off. For transparency, I didn't glue the fence back on but it looks to be an easy fix. I am NOT a reseller. I am clearing three relative's places and selling items that don't belong in the dumpster. I've reviewed all items for flaws and done my best to note them.
