Cutest topper! Black substantial lace and buttery soft faux leather trim. Excellent condition with no flaws; worn once for about an hour. Size 4 but I’m a 8 and it fit fine as the lace stretches. See measurements. Great with jeans casual and pretty over dress for dressy style.
