eh6633 @betsy_kate2 thank you - so is it a 28? Or 25? Also, I bought a pair of these on here supposedly NWT and they were 27 but they didn’t fit. I have three pairs of these already, so I know how they fit and run. The one purchased was clearly washed and dried on high so much that I couldn’t even button them! I can’t wear them. Wondering have these been washed or dried at all? I know NWT But need to confirm because those other ones were a total waste!
