This is new without tags, never worn. There is one small discoloration on the strap but otherwise it’s in perfect condition. It does seem to run small. Straps are adjustable and the back is hook and eye closure with four adjustable sizes.

@pattiwax it's about 15 inches if you have it on the tightest closure. If you put it on the largest closure it's about 16 inches. But the material has some stretch to it.
