Denim blue dress fit and flare Medium 10

Lovely dress. Casual or easily dressed up. Good preowned condition. This has half elastic waist with tie in front, off centered buttons on the bodice. Short sleeve bell sleeves. Midi length. No brand or size tag. Please see pictures for measurements. The tag says it’s polyester, but it feels to me like it’s cotton. Would look even better with a light ironing.
