Denim Strapless Pencil Dress

NWT bustier style denim strapless pencil dress. Only tried on but never worn. I'm typically between sizes xs & s and bought this dress in both and was too curvy for both sizes, unfortunately because it's absolutely adorable. The material has no stretch. I've included model measurements and F21 size guid. My bust measurement is 36in and my hip 38in but I am only 5ft tall, so therein lies my problem. Someone longer and more slender needs this sexy dress.
