Beautiful and classy dress by Democracy. New with tags! (necklace not included) Black with pleated bust and skirt. Sleeveless with spaghetti straps. Labeled size 8, but I think it runs small. Straps are adjustable. Lined underneath. Has pleated cream colored satin sash, sewn on. Goes all the way around. Zipper at side. Measures about 39" long, including straps (32" not including straps). Bust: 16" across, under the arms, lying flat. Waist: 14" across. Great for cocktail party, or semi formal occasion. From non-smoking home, with cats :) b1
