Democracy Black Blouse Beige Floral Bell Sleeves Lace Up Neck Size Large, NWT

This is a ladies Democracy blouse with bell sleeves. The sleeves are decorated with a gold/beige floral design. The top is V cut and has a lace up design that ties in the back. The blouse is 100% cotton and is new with tags. I purchased it on vacation and grabbed the wrong size. It is a size large.
