Dell New Pro Briefcase 15" Soft Carrying Case Laptop Notebook Genuine Tablet Bag

Measurements (based on tag) 15.7 inches x 11.8 inches x 4.3 inches Carry case with blue inside lining. It's padded and overall has a nice weight to the briefcase. Brand new with tags, however there are some white marks at the bag back bottom (see closeup). Bought this for use of one of my numerous laptops but never used. Had this stored with some of my other bags and I'm just not going to use this at this point and would love to find another home for this.
