This Hi-Lo wrap dress gives big flamenco vibes while offering the comfort and flexibility of a wrap dress. The waist measurement is shown in the photos, but the true wrap means you definitely have give on this. Same for the chest, though I thought it was a bit revealing for my 38C's. Very easy wearing, a light woven fabric with a demure snap in the front as a token to keeping your top closed, this has got to be one of the more comfortable ways to be obnoxiously hot.
