Modern Minimalist DELFT BLUE TULIPIERE by MARCEL WANDERS STUDIO, NL! Large is the first impression and then the modern lines and finally the art deco interpretation of Japanese Karakusa arabesque curlicues! Another impression is the transferware enamel seems almost "matte" but isn't, smooth it is. Each opening could hold 4 tulip stems sans leaves. My understanding is these were commissioned for employees of Randstad Holding. While scarce, but not rare, I would assume made for upper-management and key staff as not many of these are on the market at any one time.
