Deep blue gray vase pitcher pot decor

I have a unique little piece here. It has a handle and a spot. It also has an opening at the top. No lid. Really feels "finished ". Really smooth. I don't know anything about this piece. It has a stunning shade of blue. Mixed with the gray just makes it pop. Looks like Clay when you look at the bottom. There is something that looks like it is poking through. See pictures otherwise not a single flaw. Very pretty vase
