Deep Red Multi Tiered Ruffle Halter Strap Textured Dress (L)

This is a gorgeous midi, almost maxi dress, it's just a lil too big for me.😔 It has a halter neck & lil hoops on the back so you can criss-cross the straps if you want. It's a multi wear halter tie neck. The fabric has a lined texture to it. Then the skirt is multi tiered ruffled gorgeousness that gives the dress a lil poof at the bottom. It almost has a boho feel to the design. I so wish I was able to fill this dress put properly. There is a back panel of smocking to give comfort & size adjustability. It's tagged a size large by The Black Market.
