Deep Navy Crochet Lace Halter Dress

New, never worn and still has tags. The tag says size 8, but fits small. Dark navy crochet lace, almost black, over a tan/cream slip dress. Halter top style dress with cut outs on the sides (cut outs are on the front only). From top (side of dress) to bottom of lace is about 26” Waist is about 12.5” On the back, from top to bottom of lace is about 25” Please see pictures to get a better idea of where I measured.
